The last weeks part of the course is Geocaching,I hadn't heard of Geocaching until I found out it was to do with GPS (sort of).I don't really think that libraries would benefit from Geocaching. Maybe for specialist libraries but not for a public library. There would be a lot of people who would have fun with this though. The one thing that comes to mind would be for orienteering, I could imagine Scout groups being into this sort of thing.
Hubby and I have been using a GPS for a few year now, we still manage to get ouselves lost (maybe it's the fault of the GPS).
My husband bought me a GPS about 18 months ago as I am quite good at becoming lost. Unfortunately, I still seem to get lost - it will instruct me to turn right in 200m for example, and there will only be a paddock and no road!
